Asuhan Keperawatan Pada An. A Dengan Kasus Pneumonia Di Ruang Picu Rumah Sakit Umum Dr.Zainoel Abidin Kota Banda Aceh

Abstrak

Data obtained by researchers based on RSUDZA in 2023-2024, there were 42 infants with pneumonia cases at the age of 0-11 months. Of the 42 children, some of them had rapid breathing and others without chest indrawing so they were classified as pneumonia. The high incidence of pneumonia is closely related to the risk factors for pneumonia which can cause death in infants. This case study aims to Gain Real Experience in Implementing Nursing Care for Children with Pneumonia in the Trigger Room of RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The design of this case study is a case study with a nursing process approach. The case study was conducted from February 12, 2024 to February 20, 2024. The results of the case study found three nursing diagnoses of Ineffective Airway Clearance (D.0005), Impaired Gas Exchange (D.0003) and Nutritional Deficit (D.0019). The nursing actions provided are additional implementations that the author did, namely chest physiotherapy consisting of postural drainage, clapping, and vibration and collaborative interventions in infants, namely D5 ¼ NS fluid therapy 5 cc / hour for additional parenteral nutrition. Then provide Liprolac Kids food supplements ½ pack every 12 hours. Evaluation after nursing care for 5 days, with the results of gas exchange disorders partially resolved as evidenced by decreased dyspnea, no cyanosis, 99% oxygen saturation, so that the acid-base balance in the blood also improved. Implementation that has been done is positioning to improve oxygenation. Recommendations for parents of patients to pay more attention to the risk factors for Pneumonia and maintain cleanliness of eating utensils, and keep babies away from cigarette smoke.
