Increasing The Yield Of Shallot (Allium Cepa L.) Using Types And Doses Of Solid Organic Fertilizers
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the type and dose of solid organic fertilizer on theĀ yield of shallot (Allium cepa L.). The method used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) factorial pattern, 4x3, with 3 replications and 2 plant samples, resulting in 72 experimental units. The treatment consisted of 2 factors, namely: The first factor is the type of solid organic fertilizer (J), consisting of 3 levels: J1 = cow manure, J2 = goat manure, J3 = chicken manure. The second factor is the dose of solid organic fertilizer (D) consisting of 4 levels D1 = 10 tons / ha = 25 g / polybag, D2 = 20 tons / ha = 50 g / polybag, D3 = 30 tons / ha = 75 g / polybag, D4 = 40 tons / ha = 100 g /polybag. The provision of solid organic fertilizer types significantly affected the parameters of wet tuber weight and dry tuber weight. The best treatment of solid organic fertilizer types was found in the treatment J2 = goat manure. The treatment of solid organic fertilizer doses did not have a significant effect on the parameters of the number of bulbs, dry bulb weight and air dry bulb weight of shallot.Downloads
