  Abstract: Socializing visiting hours is a crucial step in ensuring that patients' families understand the rules in the hospital and ward. However, the limited availability of medical staff or nurses to monitor compliance with visiting hours presents a particular problem in inpatient wards. Therefore, to improve the provision and reception of clear information to patients' families regarding visiting hours, it is necessary to optimize the delivery of information through effective strategies. This study aimed to improve the effectiveness of socialization regarding visiting hours in the Raudhah 6 Ward of Zainoel Abidin Regional Hospital, Aceh. The methods used were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Nursing management identified a suboptimal control function in Raudhah 6 Ward regarding patient visiting hours. The intervention plan involved utilizing digital media to socialize visiting hours to patients' families in Raudhah 6 Ward of Zainoel Abidin Regional Hospital, Aceh. The implementation results indicated that the use of supporting media in implementing visiting hours socialization for families plays a role in improving and optimizing the information provided and received by patients' families regarding patient visitation regulations.
