Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Terapi Okupasi (Menyusun Puzzle) Terhadap Perubahan Tanda Dan Gejala Halusinasi Pendengaran

Abstrak

From the assessment that has been conducted on Mr. H with male gender aged 21 years, it was found that Mr. H had been diagnosed with Schizophrenia since 2 years ago when the patient graduated from high school. It is suspected that the cause was the bullying factor that occurred at his school. The family said that the patient had previously been taken to the Aceh Mental Hospital and returned home in good condition. However, the patient's condition worsened again, marked by the patient often daydreaming and rarely interacting with family and people around him. This case study aims to implement Nursing Care With Occupational Therapy (Assembling Puzzles) Against Changes in Signs and Symptoms of Auditory Hallucinations in Mr. H at the Aceh Mental Hospital. The design of this case study is a case study with a nursing process approach. The results of the case study found a diagnosis of auditory hallucinations. The nursing actions given are implementing implementation strategies for patients with auditory hallucination sensory perception disorders, namely patients can build a relationship of mutual trust, patients can identify the content, frequency, and patient responses to the hallucinations they experience, discuss how to control hallucinations by reprimanding, talking, doing daily activities (occupational therapy playing puzzles), and taking medication that has been prepared by the nurse based on the assessment and diagnosis data raised during the 7 days of meetings with the patient. The results of the evaluation in the nursing process for 7 days with auditory hallucination perception disorders, each puzzle playing activity obtained success criteria with the patient's standards achieved.
