SHAPING FUTURE LEADERS: REFLECTIONS ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF AGRARIAN TO INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY
Abstract
This article examines the transformation of society from an agrarian to an industrial form and how such changes impact the development of future leaders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines the literature and secondary data to understand the impact of such transformations on social, economic, and cultural structures. The results showed that the transformation of agrarian society into an industrial one has brought significant changes in production methods, social interactions, and culture. In the era of globalisation and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, future leaders must possess adaptability, integrity, and a concern for the environment. Leaders must also possess practical communication skills, a clear vision, and a combination of cognitive, technical, and relational skills. In conclusion, a deep understanding of the transformations from agrarian to industrial societies is essential for future leaders to navigate the complexities of modern times.Downloads
